Nosi Yapı, determines the resources, which will be used in the construction of works that are offered to customers, taking into consideration of the scope of works, the main work processes and the effects of the resources on quality. Procurement and usage of resources are also planned.

Nosi Yapı implements the following policies for keeping the abilities, qualification and motivations of his staff on high level, in order to reach the quality targets:

• The employment of people, that have the necessary qualification and the ability of improving himself
• Providing opportunities of development, improvement and proper working conditions in accordance with the abiliites and capabilities of the staff
• Encouraging the staff for success and creativity
• Providing opportunities of training for the staff to reach the level of success
• Encouraging all the ideas and opinions for the improvement of works
• First, necessary care is taken on appointment of personnel, to ensure that the activities are implemented by competant personnel who has the necessary qualification. Furthermore, the needs for training of staff are determined by the department managers, and internal or external educations are given
• The related records of training, experience and technical capabilities of staff are maintained and department managers can reach these records
• The necessary resources are allocated and necessary training is given for the safety of staff
